It took a little while for them to get back to me, but they did send me a tracking number. Now, I'm just waiting on my order. My restaurant is giving away toys for children in need this Christmas. I placed an order for over $900 in toys, which was shipped on 12/6/2022, but I still haven't gotten an email with the tracking info!

"My First Order Experience with Kole Imports"
I placed my first order as a newbie with Kole Imports, and let me tell you, it’s been quite the hassle. I bought some items that were both defective and damaged. Initially, I was in touch with Angel Fundora, who completely ignored me during the two-week return window after he misled me about not accepting a tax-exempt resale certificate. After that, I spoke with Michael Franco, and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I've had with a manager. Mike asked me to drop the dispute to assist me and promised a credit of $82.97, which turned out to be another lie. Then I dealt with Evelyn, who insisted I had received a credit back, but I showed her my Kole charges, and there was no credit at all. I ended up with four different deliveries for what should have been a straightforward order, and it turned into a total mess. I really want to succeed in my new business, so I thought I’d be careful with new suppliers. I was considering a second order, but given the service I’ve experienced, it’s been a huge waste of time and a letdown. Evelyn tried to fix things, but she was just as unhelpful as the first rep. BE REAL CAREFUL with this company. I even reached out to upper management and Rob Kole, the owner, but they just don’t seem to care or respond.

I won't be checking their clearance emails anymore. I wasted an hour and a half adding items to my cart, only to discover at checkout that they expect me to shell out $80 for shipping. Not gonna happen again!

"Encountered a problem with my order..."
I ran into a problem with getting an item that wasn't what I had requested, and I was informed that I needed to return it at my own cost, plus a 15% restocking fee.

I voiced my dissatisfaction with that deal.

However, it was resolved without any hassle pretty swiftly.

All in all, I'm happy with the outcome and would probably shop here again.

"Order Issues: 20 Items Missing and More"
My latest order was missing 20 items and I received 70 of the wrong ones. I shot them an email right away with pictures and requested assistance. Ended up having to file a PayPal claim, hoping to get my cash back. They STILL haven't made any effort to assist, resolve, or refund me. They do have some sweet deals, but only if you’re fortunate enough to actually receive what you ordered.

EDIT - I’ve reached out to them directly multiple times, but still no reply.

Regrettably, we needed to send back three orders since the items weren't quite what we wanted. We really valued the effort Michael put in to fix things and refund our money after we sent the products back.

"Kole Imports' customer service is terrible..."
Kole Imports really has the worst customer service around. They never return calls or emails. It took them 9 days just to process my order, and then they sent a bogus tracking number. Watch out! This company clearly doesn’t give a hoot about your business. Alma Corral and Michael Franco, you should be embarrassed by the way you run things.
